We had so much fun with Mom and Dad in May that we were able to convince Mom to come back for the whole month of September! To reward her for holding down the fort and watching the kids while Jody and I had a much needed week ALONE, we took her to mark one more destination off her bucket list - Ireland!

Mom was also able to attend the Air Force Birthday ball with us. Jody gave the opening remarks, and she got to sit at the head table with us and chat with the mayor of Skipton and his wife.
Mom also was able to attend a wreath laying with Jody in commemoration of the Battle of Britain.
Our "Artsy" girl turned 10 on the 13th!
