European Championships were at Ramstein AB, Germany this year.
Lucky us! This meant we got to see our dear friends, the Gross and Block families, who helped us cheer on our Menwith Hill Mustangs!
After an 18 hour bus ride, the girls played their hearts out. They ended with a 4-3 record. Not too shabby for a team that has just enough players to even qualify for the tournament!
I was able to fly with some of the other parents and we had a great time, but not much sightseeing opportunities.
One of the places we were able to visit was an authentic German bakery, yum!
We will see more when we come back for Basketball in the spring, the perks of living overseas!
