The PTA sponsors an "art" contest every year with a theme and many opportunities for the kids to enter their interpretations of this theme. This year the theme was Beauty Is... and Ramie wrote a poem that went all the way to the County level! Here are some pics of her at the awards ceremony. It also happened to be her Monday with Mom so we really were able to celebrate...shopping, dinner out with just mom and then the awards ceremony with Em and Drew.
