We made a day trip to PA today to see a dear friend from our Misawa time. Her parents live in an almost 200 year old farmhouse that has been in her family for five generations! The kids got to milk a cow, pick veggies, get ice cream at a dairy and generally had a blast. I got to catch up with Kathy and her daughter Sarah after almost 12 years apart, so I also had a blast!

Raimi was telling me about feeding the calves and milking the cows. She sounded like she was ready to give up city life and move to the country. Fun times.
